Commercial Real Estate Group (Retail) seeks an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. This role will support the 2 Property Managers. This is a Direct Hire / Permanent position, working in office from 9am-5pm, located in West Houston. Benefits and PTO offered. Salary range: $55K - $65K

Responsibilities:

• Corresponding with tenants (rent collections), doing payables
• Record keeping (insurance certificates, sales, annual reports such as annual fire inspections)
• Heavy phones, heavy computer (MRI Software experience a plus)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Commercial Retail (Shopping Centers) experience is a must
• Strong ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
